The correlation between blended learning motivation with knowledge and learning satisfaction among nursing students

Background: Blended learning is a new system that combines face-to-face and online learning. This in the Muhammadiyah Purwokerto University (UMP) requires evaluations from students’ feedback. Students' motivation was influential factor on both accomplishments presences Students’ motivation, satisfaction, knowledge of blended were components for effectiveness course.Objective: The study aims to describe level knowledge, also observe correlation with satisfaction.Methods: quantitative research used cross-sectional approach. Data collection techniques questionnaires google form. researcher made questionnaire has been tested validity 30 respondents r-value >0.3 (Pearson product-moment). Cronbach alpha reliability ranged 0.750 0.828, so it valid reliable use. sample 254 nursing students 3rd, 5th, 7th semesters selected by quota sampling. analyzed Pearson product-moment correlation.Results: results showed obtained moderate (71.3%), (81.5%), satisfaction (70.5%). There significant between (r=0.650, p<0.01) (r=0.636, learning.Conclusion: method can be as teaching future education, followed evaluation.
